Europe offers several quite different ways to organize a residential longevity stay: a private villa with selected appointments, a medical resort with a defined assessment package, or a structured program built around a particular nutrition method. Choosing among them starts with the experience and decisions you need help with. The same word, longevity, can describe very different services.
This comparison considers six providers with published European residential programs. Their official pages were reviewed on October 18, 2026. The ordering is an editorial starting point, and inclusion does not establish that a proprietary treatment prolongs life. We compare the advertised format, the practical implications for a guest, and the questions that remain for an individual proposal.
Before contacting any provider, write down one principal reason for traveling. Examples include understanding conflicting test results, building a sustainable strength routine, or making time for sleep and nutrition changes. Our guide to a longevity retreat suitability assessment explains why that question should come before an impressive list of investigations.
1. SENSES: a private stay in Mallorca or Zurich
SENSES offers one- and two-week healthspan programs in Mallorca, Spain, and Zurich, Switzerland. Its residential arrangement is a private villa reserved for the participant and chosen companions. Each person taking part has an individual suitability review and plan. Direct program information: https://senses.clinic/admissions/.
The relevant distinction is control over the shared living environment, combined with an individually agreed assessment and daily program. Current admissions information lists EUR 70,000 per week in Mallorca or CHF 70,000 in Zurich for one participant, with an additional participant sharing the villa costing 35,000 in the destination currency. The written proposal determines the actual services and extra charges.
Ask which appointments happen at the residence, which require travel, and what happens to results received later. The stated healthspan scope is for medically stable participants. A private residence should not be assumed to provide acute hospital care or treatment for an active psychiatric or addiction crisis.
2. SHA Spain: a program within a larger residential resort
SHA's Advanced Longevity program is available in Spain from four nights. The current program page separates its Spanish price from Mexico and lists EUR 1,200 per guest per night for the Spanish health program, excluding accommodation. It describes assessment, personalized meals, group activities, and access to wellness facilities.
This format may interest someone who wants a defined program alongside a broader resort environment. The comparison question is how much individual clinical or coaching time the selected version contains. Access to a group activity calendar does not answer that question.
Request a Spain-specific schedule and a complete room-plus-program quotation. Ask the medical team to explain the purpose of any proposed advanced test or regenerative intervention separately from the general healthy-living components. A program's stated biological-aging ambitions are not evidence that one guest will live longer after attending.
3. Chenot Palace Weggis: a structured dietary method in Switzerland
Chenot Palace Weggis publishes a seven-night minimum for its Advanced Detox program. The program includes medical and nutrition consultations and is built around the Chenot dietary method. Its official description specifies approximately 850 calories a day across plant-based meals.
That nutritional approach is a major feature to examine before comparing accommodation. Ask how the team assesses suitability for your health history, usual intake, medications, and planned activity. If the diet is inappropriate, establish whether a genuinely suitable alternative program exists instead of assuming small substitutions will resolve the issue.
The page displays a program fee, but it should not be treated as a verified complete residential quotation. Request the room, program, mandatory charges, and optional services together. Claims about detoxification or cellular repair also require a separate evidence discussion; the presence of medical consultations does not validate every component on the menu.
4. Clinique La Prairie: a seven-day program in Montreux
Clinique La Prairie's Revitalisation is a seven-day residential program in Montreux, Switzerland. Its published offer combines medical assessment, physician consultations, nutrition, movement, and wellness services. The checked page lists a starting price of CHF 31,800 and includes accommodation and full board in its stated inclusions.
For comparison purposes, the question is which findings and actions the program will help clarify for you. A broad assessment package is most useful when the team can explain what each investigation may change, how prior results are incorporated, and who manages an unexpected finding.
The offer also includes proprietary products and procedures. Ask for evidence and alternatives for those specific elements, with consent considered separately from booking the stay. A long-established brand, a luxury room, and an extensive test menu are different attributes; none independently proves regeneration or a longer lifespan.
5. Palazzo Fiuggi: medical, food, and movement planning in Italy
Palazzo Fiuggi's Longevity program in Fiuggi, Italy, lists seven-, ten-, and fourteen-night formats. Published components include initial and final medical visits, a personalized nutrition plan, assessments, and movement services. The program includes meals and VAT, while the room is expressly excluded from its program price.
The longer formats create a useful comparison question: what additional work happens during the extra days? Ask for the actual appointments, practice time, review points, and rest periods rather than inferring greater clinical value from length alone.
The service list includes interventions beyond routine lifestyle support. Have the clinician distinguish the essential assessment from optional procedures and explain substitutions when an item is unnecessary or unsuitable. A transparent plan should make it possible to choose the useful components without feeling that every listed service must be completed to obtain value.
6. Lanserhof Lans: a method-led Austrian program
Lanserhof Lans in Austria publishes a Longevity arrangement based on the Lanserhof Concept and its fasting approach. Its program page describes medical consultations, investigations, movement services, and other treatments. The current booking section presents several stay lengths, while some individual services depend on duration.
This is a relevant option for someone specifically considering that structured approach, provided the dietary and clinical review supports participation. Ask the team to show how the nutrition method, testing, and activity schedule fit together in your case. Do not assume that every service advertised across the Lanserhof group belongs to the Lans quotation.
Obtain the complete residential cost, including any compulsory daily rate, and ask what changes if a treatment is declined or medically unsuitable. The detailed menu is a basis for discussion, not a reason to accept an infusion, cold exposure, or other intervention without its own explanation.
Compare the operating model before comparing countries
A private villa and a resort suite solve different practical problems. The villa may allow a chosen household to live together with a more individually arranged day. A resort may provide a wider shared environment and scheduled classes. Neither arrangement guarantees a particular number of medical appointments, uninterrupted clinician availability, or freedom from travel between services.
Write down the daily circumstances that matter most: eating with a partner, quiet work time, mobility needs, an accessible shower, or an evening without organized activity. Then ask each provider to show those circumstances in a sample schedule and the actual accommodation plan. Photos of a property category cannot confirm the layout of the residence assigned to you.
Language deserves the same attention. A translated website does not establish that the clinician interpreting your results will speak your preferred language. Confirm consultation language, interpretation arrangements, and the language of the final report before paying a deposit. This is especially relevant when a physician at home will need to use the findings.
Make the budgets comparable
Compare the same number of nights and participating people. Then separate accommodation, meals, assessment, individual sessions, group access, mandatory fees, transfers, and follow-up. SENSES uses different currencies by location; SHA Spain and Palazzo Fiuggi distinguish the health program from the room; other packages may bundle accommodation. These are different billing structures, not evidence that one program delivers more clinical benefit.
Keep optional procedures outside the base comparison until you know why they are being recommended. Also list the cost of a companion who does not participate, extra nights around flights, and any appointments expected after returning home. A quote that initially appears lower can represent a narrower scope rather than a cheaper version of the same stay.
Our guide to a personalized longevity retreat proposal provides a practical way to turn those questions into a written document. The aim is a proposal you can understand without needing to infer inclusions from a brochure.
Decide what should travel home with you
Before booking, identify the deliverables you want: an interpreted report, a manageable exercise progression, a nutrition plan compatible with ordinary meals, or a clear answer about a referral. Ask which professional signs the recommendations and who takes responsibility for outstanding results after departure.
Imagine the first ordinary working week after the trip. If the proposed routine requires facilities, time, or paid services you will not have, ask the team to redesign it during the stay. A simple plan that survives your actual schedule is a more useful purchasing criterion than a dramatic promise about resetting your age.
Finally, select the program whose team can explain both its contribution and its limits. Unresolved symptoms, unstable conditions, or a need for intensive treatment should be addressed through an appropriate clinical pathway before a preventive residential stay. A good comparison ends with a specific, suitable plan and an informed decision about whether to travel at all.
